• Customers must share a clear unboxing/opening video as proof at the time of raising the return request.
• The video must clearly show the parcel opening, product condition, and order details.
• Customers are required to ship the return product at their own expense.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method or issued as store credit, as preferred.
